This signature experience includes a personal walk-through of your home with Joshua French, whose mastery of Traditional Art, Color Theory and Interior Design allows him to intuitively identify where artwork will enhance the atmosphere, elevate the aesthetic and bring cohesion to each room.
At the heart of the consultation is The Art of Living, a thoughtful and guided conversation with Trish French. Drawing from her background in psychology and luxury design, she creates a relaxed, confidential environment where you are invited to share what inspires you, whether meaningful life experiences, calming influences or the feeling you want your home to evoke.

Every piece at La Costiera Galleria is made to order. For our Archival Smooth Matte Prints and Giclée Canvas, production typically takes 5–10 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.
Custom commissions take a bit longer, as they include a private consultation at your estate, where we analyze your space, select artwork to set the perfect mood and intention for each room, and complete the piece with professional installation. After the consultation, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe for your unique artwork.

When choosing a spot to display your artwork, consider the environment carefully. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time, and away from areas with excessive heat, moisture, or humidity. These conditions can affect the longevity and vibrancy of the work.
If your artwork is framed under glass, simply dust the frame and glass with a soft cloth. For canvas or unframed pieces, handle only by the edges when moving, and avoid touching the surface with bare hands to prevent oils from transferring.

A Custom Painting and a Classic Illustration are two entirely separate creative services, each with its own distinct process, intention and pricing structure.
A Classic Illustration is a precise, detailed interpretation of an existing photograph, subject, landmark or reference (such as a building, location, object, or image of people), created in the established La Costiera Galleria style. This service is centered on accuracy, proportion, structure and the artistic refinement of a clearly defined subject.
A Custom Painting, by contrast, is a fully conceptual and collaborative process developed from an original vision, emotional inspiration or abstract idea. It involves creative direction, mood development, conceptual exploration and artistic interpretation that extends beyond a fixed structure or specific photograph.
Due to the significant differences in creative scope, time investment, process and artistic direction, these two services cannot be exchanged, altered or reclassified once work has begun or once an order has been placed.
Client Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the client to clearly understand which service they are commissioning and to provide all creative direction, reference materials, inspiration and relevant details prior to the artist beginning the work. The artist is not responsible for any misunderstandings resulting from incomplete, unclear or missing information provided by the client.Any request to convert a completed or in-progress illustration into a conceptual or custom painting (or vice versa) is considered an entirely new commission and requires a separate agreement and full payment.
To ensure clarity and fairness on both sides, refunds, reversals or chargebacks based on a change in creative preference, rather than a failure to deliver the originally agreed-upon service, will not be accepted.
Clients are strongly encouraged to confirm their selected service in writing prior to purchase.

If your Archival Prints arrive damaged, we will send a replacement once photos are submitted within 7 days. Fine Arts Giclée Canvas and Originals are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but if an issue occurs, please contact us immediately.

Archival Smooth Matte Prints: We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your Archival Smooth Matte Print arrives with any defects or damage due to shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please email us clear photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery so we can process your replacement promptly. All Archival Smooth Matte Prints are final sale. No refunds are issued.
Fine Arts Giclée Canvas: All Fine Arts Giclée Canvas pieces are final sale. Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, no returns, exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued.
Original Artwork: Original masterpieces are created through a highly personalized process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. Because each piece is uniquely designed for your home and aesthetic, all sales are final.
